Quotation Planning Requirements
Design Layouts & Sketches: Please supply your dimensions, desired edge profiling details, and clear appliance positions (such as sinks and hobs).
Strategic Join Placement: The locations of necessary seams can impact material yields and hand-finishing times. An L-shaped corner section, for instance, requires careful layout calculation.
Material Grade Ranges: Lower cost points do not indicate lower quality. Factors such as quarry availability and global logistics influence slab costs. We source exclusively from premium suppliers, helping you navigate characterful grain patterns within your budget.
Service Fulfillment Options
Full Service: Includes precise laser template creation, premium materials, fabrication, and final fitting.
Supply Only: Materials are precisely fabricated and provided ex-works directly from our Biggleswade workshop facility.
Supply and Delivery: Materials are safely transported to your property or site, requiring structural assistance on-site to unload safely.
Operational Notice
Crucial Operational Notice: Non-account holders or retail clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit upon template approval before custom manufacturing begins. Please allow a short lead time between order placement and template scheduling.
LPrecision Laser Templating
To ensure a truly bespoke, millimeter-accurate fit, our team conducts laser-accurate digital templating across your base units. This crucial step records the exact contours of your walls, structural beams, and corner joints.
Templating can only take place once all cabinetry is permanently fixed, leveled, and locked into its final position. All appliances, including your sinks, hobs, and range cookers, must be physically on-site so our team can verify exact dimensions. Once our templates are signed off, the base units must not be altered or moved in any way, as fabrication begins almost immediately.
The Site Readiness Checklist
For the most accurate dimensions, your site must be fully prepared on template day:
Cabinets in Position: All base units must be permanently secured, completely level, and fixed in their final positions.
Sink Installations: Undermount or Belfast/Butler sinks must be structurally mounted to a substantial sub-base before our arrival, allowing a tiny 2–3mm flexibility margin.
Hob Specifications: Your appliance and the manufacturer’s cut-out instructions must be on-site, with front/back positioning completely decided.
Range Cookers: Appliances like Agas must be fully installed and squared with surrounding units, allowing a standard 5mm clearance tolerance for service access.
On-Site Sign-Off: Someone with decision-making authority must be present on-site to verify the templates and sign the final paperwork.

Once your digital layouts are secure, the data is sent straight to our local Biggleswade manufacturing base. Our team balances state-of-the-art stone processing machinery with traditional hand-finished masonry skills.
We precision-cut your selected granite or quartz slabs, managing complex edge profiles, curves, and surface recesses seamlessly. All internal openings for undermount sinks receive rigorous edge polishing, while hob cut-outs are designed with built-in clearance tolerances to allow safe heat expansion without risking glass damage. We source exclusively from trusted suppliers, hand-selecting only the highest grade materials available.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest CNC stone processing machinery. We use this advanced technology alongside our team of skilled stonemasons, ensuring that every cut, curve, and cutout is executed with meticulous accuracy.

Not all granite and quartz surfaces are the same. Many companies offer cheap stone bought in container loads composed mostly of resin rather than actual stone. We source exclusively from the finest quarries and trusted suppliers, leaving you with a durable stone masterpiece built to endure a lifetime.

Our team handles your installation with meticulous care and efficiency, cleanly executing butt-joints and sealing the gaps between the stone and your fitted basins with high-grade silicone mastic. Please note that our teams are stone installation specialists and are not qualified to carry out gas, electrical, or primary plumbing connections. We leave your space completely clean, immaculate, and ready for use.
